The following terms and conditions govern all book writing, publishing, and marketing services provided by Alonzo Book Publishers. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Copyrights
All rights to the final content created by our team will be transferred to the client as per the agreed terms. Once the project is completed, you are free to use, distribute, or publish the content as you see fit.
Payment
Full payment is required upfront for all services. This amount includes applicable taxes, which are the client’s responsibility. Work will commence only after payment confirmation.
Revisions
We provide revisions within 7 days after final delivery. In special cases, this period may be extended to 14 days.
Revision timelines are as follows:
- Urgent 24-hour projects: 24-hour revision turnaround.
- 24–48 hour projects: 48-hour revision turnaround.
- Projects over 48 hours: 72-hour revision turnaround.
Project Requirements
All project requirements are discussed with the client before work begins. Any modifications, limitations, or additional requests will be communicated and agreed upon prior to starting the project.
Refund Policy
Clients may request a full refund before manuscript submission. After submission, a processing fee of $150 or 10% of the project cost (whichever is lower) will be deducted.
No refunds are available after 90 calendar days from the purchase date. Refunds are not granted for change of mind once an order is confirmed.
Refund eligibility is based on project stage:
- Before manuscript submission: 100% refund.
- After manuscript submission but before design work: Refund minus $150 or 10%.
- After design work begins but before final approval: 50% refund.
- After final approval: No refund.
